Nutritional Path founder Lesslee Belmore uses personal life challenge to help others succeed with healh goals
This journey began with a debilitating autoimmune disease that stripped me of my energy and caused me severe pain. This diagnosis took me on a seven-year quest to find peace and balance. While struggling with my health issues, I became fascinated with the health benefits I experienced through the smallest changes in diet and exercise. To learn more, I studied holistic nutrition for three years, became certified in lifestyle coaching and then certified as a Fitness Trainer through the International Sports Science program. Later I sought two other certifications: one with ISSA as a Specialist in Fitness Nutrition and the other with Precision Nutrition as a Level 1 Nutrition Coach.
My formal education and practical application opened my eyes to the powerful benefits of nutrition and fitness. I now want to share my knowledge and expertise with others who are searching for answers related to empowering yourself as you age with fitness and weight loss. I want to make a difference in my clients' lives by removing obstacles that may stand in the way of them reaching their deepest desires in health and fitness.

Disclaimer: I am not a Licensed Nutritionist or a Dietitian.
The greatest advantage of working with you is the insight and forgiveness you have helped me come to understand about myself and how I have used food to hurt myself. You have been my secret weapon against my greatest enemy that comes from within. I like the personal attention that you give me spending time with me over the phone, in person and through emails you patiently go over the details of my behaviors walking me through the rough spots.
