An effective approach that yields results

Starting with the initial comprehensive intake, I dig much deeper to find out why my clients have not reached their past weight loss goals. Here’s what the process with you would look like:

  1. Identify your limiting factors, which might include a lack of social support, limited food knowledge, busy schedule or poor eating habits for your body type.
  2. Develop a plan and simplify things for you so that you can concentrate on your daily actions.
  3. Write down your goals and keep you on track. I am your accountability person.
  4. Teach you to grocery shop, read labels and buy nutritious foods. (optional)
  5. Meet twice a month to review progress, impart new information and tweak your individual program.
  6. Design a fitness program that will be custom tailored for you. This is an additional cost if you decide to work with me as your trainer. (optional)
  7. Send regular emails with helpful tips on how to succeed.
  8. Track your goals over time and celebrate your success with you.
